| How are ticket sales handled by
AdmiTix Ticket Centre? 1. Your customers will be able to purchase the tickets through the AdmiTix website. 2. They will select the event for which they wish to purchase tickets. 3. They then select the number of tickets and, if reserved seating, they can select the seats that they want. 4. Contact information is collected from the customer. 5. They then go through the secure payment process, paying by major credit card. 6. The customer also chooses to either print the tickets at home (if you wish to support this feature), optionally have the tickets mailed to them (by you), or held for pickup ("will call"). As part of your sales reports (accessible by you 24/7), you can retrieve a list of all customers and their chosen delivery method. Note: You will order your pre-printed tickets from your favorite supplier, as normal. When you check your list of customers, you then either set the tickets aside to be picked up, or you mail them to the customer, if you allowed for that option. |

How is inventory managed for Internet sales? As with all types of sales, the AdmiTix system keeps track of the inventory you have allocated to it. You can always add additional seats/tickets for an event to the AdmiTix system. |

Can I sell tickets that have been allocated for
AdmiTix sales? No, not until they have come off sale from the Ticket Centre. Otherwise you would end up overselling your events. |

Where is the
AdmiTix Ticket Centre? The AdmiTix Ticket Centre is a centralized website that contains the events for all Ticket Centre clients. Your customers can search for your events by event name or by venue. You can also create a link on your website to open just your events on AdmiTix. Visit the AdmiTix Ticket Centre now, to experience it for yourself. |

How do I receive the money from
ticket sales? After the sales for your event(s) have cleared, we will send you a check based on your ticket price. We only retain the per-ticket convenience fee. You do not need a merchant account. Sign Me Up! Fill out the
Event Setup form, and we will
send you an agreement to sign so that you can get started selling as
soon as possible! |
